How can I ship via Shippinglabel?

You can use our services directly via our newly developed web application or take advantage of our free API interface.

Can I also use this service as a private individual and create shipments?

The offer is primarily aimed at tradespeople with business customer contracts with shipping service providers, but as a private customer you can also use the Internetmarke (Deutsche Post) and the private customer version of the DPD interface.

Which shipping service providers can i use for shipping?

How secure is my data with Shippinglabel?

Your data is safe with Shippinglabel. We use SSL/TLS encryption for transmission and store information in secure, certified data centers. We also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect your data in the best possible way.

Preisgestaltung

Are there any hidden costs apart from the price per shipment?

Only the price per shipment is charged. The costs that you have to pay to the shipping service providers at your business customer conditions are not included in the price.

Are the prices shown net or gross prices?

The prices shown are net prices. German VAT will therefore be added.

What payment options do you offer?

We currently offer PayPal as the primary payment method. For customers who choose to pay by invoice, a bank transfer option is available. We are also working on introducing other payment methods such as direct debit.

How is billing handled?

Billing is done either through our credit system or, upon the customer's request, by monthly invoicing. When choosing invoicing, you will receive a detailed statement by email at the end of each month, which you can conveniently pay via bank transfer.

What is the cancellation notice period and the contract duration?

You can delete your account at any time. Costs only occur if you create shipments.

Can I test the service for free initially?

You can test our services completely free of charge for 31 days. The trial period starts from the first shipment created. After the trial month, you can conveniently top up your balance or keep within the limit of 25 shipments per month, and you will remain in the free plan.

How can I upgrade to the next higher plan?

You will automatically be upgraded to the next higher plan with more attractive terms once you exceed your shipment volume.

What happens if I fall below my shipment limit?

If you fall below your plan's monthly shipment volume, you will be downgraded to a lower plan. This means: Your terms will automatically adjust every 30 days according to your actual shipment volume.

Can I withdraw my remaining balance?

If you no longer wish to use Shippinglabel, any remaining balance will expire. A payout is not possible.

You can contact us at any time via our Support Ticket System. Alternatively, you can also reach us by email at support@shippinglabel.de.

How can I report an issue with my shipment?

If you have an issue with a shipment, please open a Support Ticket in our system and provide as many details as possible to ensure a quick resolution.

What do I do if I cannot log in to my shippinglabel account?

Make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot Password" link. If the problem persists, please contact technical support.

What can I do if the shipping labels are not displaying correctly?

Make sure that you are using the latest version of your browser. If the problem persists, we recommend that you clear the browser cache, as outdated data can affect the display. Another option is to use a different browser to check if the problem persists. If the problem persists, please contact our technical support with a detailed description of the error.
